The common materials used for pacifiers include rubber, solid silicone and liquid silicone. US Baby uses food-grade liquid silicone for all its pacifiers, which have been satisfactorily tested by U.S. FDA, European CE and are consistent with China’s National Food Hygiene Inspection Standards.

Rubber pacifier

Made of synthesized natural rubber, in beige color, with medium elasticity, easy to conduct liquid heat but not able to stand high temperature; meanwhile, it smells of rubber in the use and is easy to deform.

Solid silicone pacifier

Solid silicone is a transparent material without the smell of rubber, not easy to deform or age, heat-resistant (100℃), anti-corrosive, easy to clean, good in taste and suitable for babies.

Food-grade liquid silicone pacifier

120℃ heat resistant, greater in taste, better in elasticity, and easier for baby to suck. Meanwhile, it is more durable, not easy to deform, heat-resistant, anti-corrosive and quite suitable for babies.
